FAQ's

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Usually, the order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days and will be delivered by private courier within the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area) and outside the GAM by Correos de Costa Rica. Depending on the delivery area, shipping may take a little longer than usual.

What payment options are available for my order? Currently, our website offers the following options:

  • PayPal (A PayPal account is required to pay with your credit or debit card)
  • Bank Deposit: We will provide our bank account details for payment (you need to send us the receipt to approve the order).
  • SINPE MOVIL: You can make the payment to our accounts via text message. Phone number +506 8522-3299.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped? Of course! You will receive an email with the tracking number, or we will notify you via text message.

Can I contact you via WhatsApp? Yes, our WhatsApp number is 8522-3299. We usually respond from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Do I need to include my phone number when filling out my personal information? Yes! To communicate quickly, it is important that you include your mobile number.

What type of shipping system do you use? For shipments outside the GAM, we use the EMS service from Correos de Costa Rica. For shipments within the GAM, we use private courier services through motorized couriers.

If a product is out of stock, will it be available again soon? Most of our products are limited editions, but stay tuned to our social media channels.
