Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the corresponding labels.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipment

Delivery

ACCELERATED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. You will receive an email from madlioncr@gmail.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of ordering, although most will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. Wait up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive.
